Fitness Center Rules

Please clean equipment after each use with provided sanitizer and towels.

Towels should not be taken from the Fitness Center or kept in lockers. Usage should be limited to two towels per person per visit.

Please respect the locker rooms.  Place towels in the area designated for dirty towels. 

Properly dispose of razors, toothbrushes, etc.

No alcohol is to be consumed in the fitness center.

Exercise at your Own Risk!

Appropriate fitness/athletic wear required at all times.

No one under the age of 16 in the Fitness Center unless accompanied by an adult.

Members Only - House guests from out of town are allowed.

No Pets Allowed.

Doors will be locked at 9:00 p.m., nightly.

*Enter and exit only through the interior lower level access doors

STRETCH AND CORE
Racquetball Court
M | 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Class is designed to help improve overall flexibility and stability. This class incorporates Yoga postures, static stretching, and core exercises.

GROUP FIT
All Levels Welcome
M -F | 8:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.

Class combines a variety of HITT, Circut, and Functional Strength Training to achieve a fun, intense full body workout.

YOGA FIT
Racquetball Court
M, W, F | 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Class is designed to help improve overall flexibility and stability. This class incorporates Yoga postures, static stretching, and core exercises.

Noon - 1:00 p.m.

School Year Hours
3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Ages 12 and up

Designed to learn proper lifting techniques along with conditioning drills improving sports performance and better health.
